Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy explains what Milad Mirg LLC ("Mirg", "we") collects when you use the Mirg app, account service and website, why, and who receives it. The short version: your projects stay on your computer; what you ask the agent, and the parts of your project it needs, are sent to an AI model provider to get a response; we keep your email, your plan and a record of how much you used. We may also collect crash reports and basic usage counts, described below, which never include your prompts or files.
What stays on your computer
- Your projects: all game files, code and assets.
- Your chat history with the agent, and the snapshots used by Restore.
- Your sign-in session, stored encrypted using your operating system's keychain.
We do not have a copy of these.
What we collect and keep
- Account: your email address, and when the account was created.
- Plan and billing status: which plan you are on, your billing period, whether extra usage is turned on and its limit, purchases of extra usage, and identifiers that link your account to our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Usage records: for each request to an AI model: the time, which provider and model, how many tokens were used and what it cost. For voice input: how many seconds of speech. These records do not contain your prompts, your code or the model's responses.
- A device identifier: a random ID generated by the app on each computer, used to limit how many free accounts can be used on one machine. It is not derived from your hardware.
- Support messages: anything you send to support@mirg.ai.
- Demo requests: if you fill in the "Request a demo" form on this website, the name, email address, organisation and message you enter. We use them only to reply to you. To keep automated spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it and receives your IP address and details of your browser to do so; and we keep a scrambled form of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address, to limit how many requests one visitor can send.
What passes through our servers but is not stored
When the agent works, the app sends your message, the conversation so far, the relevant parts of your project, and screenshots of your game to an AI model provider. These requests pass through our server so that we can check your plan and measure usage. We do not store their content, and we do not use it to train models.
Who receives your data
- AI model providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT and image generation) and Google (Gemini and image generation), depending on the model you choose. They receive the request content described above and handle it under their own terms and privacy policies for business API customers: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google.
- ElevenLabs: when you use voice input, audio from your microphone is streamed from the app directly to ElevenLabs to be turned into text, only while the microphone button is active.
- Stripe: processes payments. Stripe receives your payment details and email.
- Supabase: hosts our account database and sign-in service.
- Resend: delivers sign-in code emails.
- Cloudflare: provides the "I am human" check on the demo request form.
- GitHub: hosts this website, app downloads and updates. Visiting the site, and the app checking for new versions, reveals your IP address to GitHub.
- Analytics and error-monitoring providers, if we use them, as described under "Crash and error reports" and "Cookies and analytics" below.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Permissions the app may ask for
- Microphone: only if you use voice input.
- Screen Recording and Accessibility (macOS): only if you ask the agent to look at or play a game that runs in its own window. Screenshots taken this way are of that game's window and are sent to the AI model provider as part of the request, like any other screenshot of your game.
Crash and error reports
The app may send us a report when it crashes or hits an unexpected error, so that we can find and fix problems. A report contains:
- the app version, your operating system and its version, and the type of processor;
- the error message and the technical trace of where in the app it happened;
- which part of the app was in use (for example "running a game" or "signing in"), and the kind of project (for example "Godot" or "web game");
- your account ID, so that we can help if you contact support about it.
Reports do not contain your prompts, the agent's replies, your code, your game's files, screenshots, or audio. Paths to files and folders on your computer are removed, so that reports do not reveal your user name or the names of your projects; email addresses and anything that looks like a key or password are removed too. Reports are stored in our own database. To limit how many reports one computer can send, we keep a scrambled form of the sender's IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address.
You can turn reports off at any time in the app, under Settings > Crash reports.
Cookies and analytics
The app contains no advertising and no advertising trackers. It may record basic product analytics: counts of actions such as "a project was created" or "a game was run", with the app version and your account ID. These never include your prompts, code, or files. We use them to understand which features are used and where people get stuck.
This website may use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- Analytics: to count visits and see which pages are read and how people arrive, including the page address, the referring site, your approximate location (country or region, from your IP address), and your browser and device type.
- Essential functions: to remember choices such as your cookie preference.
We do not use cookies to show you advertising or to follow you across other websites, and we do not sell this information. Where the law requires your consent for analytics cookies, we will ask for it before setting them, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings; the site will still work. Analytics may be provided for us by a third-party service, which we will name here when one is in use.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Usage records and support messages are currently kept for as long as your account exists, and are deleted when you ask us to delete your account, except where the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by writing to support@mirg.ai. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
Mirg is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Connections are encrypted in transit. Our AI provider keys are held on our server and never sent to the app. Sign-in uses one-time codes sent by email rather than passwords. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee security.
Where data is processed
Our servers are in the United States, and the providers above may process data in other countries. If you use Mirg from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
